  • Check the balance on accounts in real time 24/7.
  • View and print a copy of their account statement.
  • Track special assessment balance through online reports.
  • Sign up for automatic withdrawal (ACH) from their bank account to pay monthly assessment payments.
  • Follow a link to the bank website to complete a one time check or credit card e-payment.


  • No recurring bank service charges.
  • Interest is paid on all accounts monthly - even on checking accounts!
  • Boards only need to complete one Bank Signature Card covering all current and future bank accounts for the property.
